Permanent Celebration Committee News

The 17th Annual Tolland Memorial Day Parade was a huge success on Sunday and, as evidenced by the growing attendance each year, is a popular community event. Sincere thanks go out to the Permanent Celebration Committee and the numerous volunteers who plan and organize the event. The Permanent Celebration Committee is a town committee whose members are appointed by the Town Council. It can seat up to seven members, but currently has only two members.
