Tolland’s Veterans Recognition Commission seeks to honor all Tolland men and women who are serving or have served in the United States Military.

The Commission has already established a list of current and former Tolland residents who are or have been in the Armed Forces.  These names are currently on display in the Town Hall.

To make sure all veterans have been listed, the Commission is once again encouraging families and veterans to register by calling Commission members Fred Frey at (860) 872-4573 or Richard Tapp at (860) 872-9557.

Information needed:  Veteran’s name; branch of service; duty period; rank upon discharge; Form DD214; and veteran’s phone number.
