The Town of Tolland would like to inform residents that due to high cost and safety measures, there will no longer be a winter sand pile for residential use.  Sand can be purchased at most hardware and home supply stores such as Star Hardware, Home Depot and Lowes.  Questions may be directed to the Tolland Public Works Department at 871-3690.
