In accordance with state law (Section 11 of Public Act 08-3), the agendas of the regular meetings of every public agency, except for the General Assembly, shall be posted and filed not less than 24 hours before the meetings to which they refer and posted on the website of the public agency. Official copies of agendas and any attachments referenced are filed and available for public inspection at the town hall in the Town Clerk’s Office on the 5th floor.

The votes of each member of any such public agency shall be reduced to writing and made available for public inspection within 48 hours of the meeting to which they refer and shall also be recorded in the minutes of the session at which taken. Within 7 days of the session to which such minutes refer, such minutes shall be made available for public inspection and posted on the public agency’s website, if available. Official copies of minutes are filed and available for public inspection at the town hall in the Town Clerk’s Office on the 5th floor.
