The Water Pollution Control Authority meets on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers on the sixth floor of the Hicks Memorial Municipal Center at 21 Tolland Green.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
The Tolland Water Pollution Control Authority was established in August of 2003 per Section 7-246 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The five regular members of the WPCA are appointed by the Town Council to staggered three year terms, and alternate members serve two year terms.
