Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA)
The Water Pollution Control Authority regular meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in Conference Room A on the first floor of the Hicks Memorial Municipal Center at 21 Tolland Green. The Water Pollution Control Authority workshop meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in either the second floor Conference Room B or C or the fourth floor Conference Room D of the Hicks Memorial Municipal Center.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
The Tolland Water Pollution Control Authority was established in August of 2003 per Section 7-246 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The five regular members of the WPCA are appointed by the Town Council to staggered three year terms, and alternate members serve two year terms.
