Mission:
Tolland Youth Services is a municipal agency committed to the healthy development of our youth and families. Our Youth Programs focus on positive youth development, education and prevention. We also provide youth and family counseling, and assessment and referral services for youth and families. Our goal is to assess community needs, develop plans to meet those needs, and support or implement program directly or in cooperation with other organizations. We also help families to locate other helpful resources.
