Tolland Youth & Family Services staff is available for training, consultation and speaking engagements upon request.

Assessment and Referral Services
Tolland Youth Services provides assessment and referral to local agencies and specialists for issues beyond the scope of Tolland Human Services. Positive Youth Development
Tolland Youth Services challenges youth to reach their full potential. Our programs are designed to assist in the building of internal and external Developmental Assets critical to healthy development; to help youth learn and develop new skills; to engage them in community activities with adults and peers; and to provide them with the opportunity to assume leadership roles.
