The Lodge
A year-round rental facility overlooking Powell Pond
Address: 124 Cider Mill Road. Take the right hand turn (after Crandall Park and before the highway underpass) and follow the road past the Parks & Facilities Garage into the Crandall 2 parking lot.
The driveway for the Lodge is at the far end of the lot. Available to residents, non-residents, businesses, etc. in groups of 100 or less for special events such as weddings, showers, picnics, parties or meetings. The building contains tables & chairs, a warming oven, microwave, and double door fridge. Built in 1991, it is located in the middle of a 300+ acre town park. Nestled on a wooded hilltop overlooking a quiet pond, its singular design blends with the rustic surroundings to create a warm and serene atmosphere. A covered deck on two sides adds to the down home feeling, while inside a large fieldstone fireplace, a cathedral ceiling and cedar siding complete the picture. Heated for year round use. A $200.00 refundable security deposit required to reserve date.
If you plan on having alcohol there is an additional staff charge of $20.00 per hour. Only beer or wine can be consumed; no hard alcohol is allowed. Warming of food only, no cooking except on outdoor grill. No dishwashing or rinsing. Must provide Town with proof of insurance, usually homeowners with a minimum coverage of $300,000 for bodily injury and property damage.

The New Pavilion is up and ready for the new season! 
The Pavilion at Crandall Park
Those renting the Pavilion have exclusive use of the Pavilion, sand volleyball court, large charcoal grill and horseshoe pits. Use of the ball field is available depending on other usage and the season. Swimming is not included as part of the Pavilion rental. Beach fees are separate. Additional staff charge of $20.00 per hour is required if you would like to have beer or wine at your event. No hard alcohol is allowed. Other restrictions regarding alcohol apply. Please call the Recreation Department office at (860) 871-3610 for more information.
Available to rent between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays & Sundays only.
Maximum capacity: 100 persons.
No pets allowed.
Pavilion Rental Rates: for 5 hours, between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Tolland Residents: $70.00 for 5 hours and $15.00 per additional hour
Business/Non-Residents: $150.00 for 5 hours and $25.00 per additional hour
Tolland Non-profit groups: $55.00 for 5 hours and $10.00 per additional hour.

We have rooms available for meetings, events or classes, weeknights or weekends.
Meeting Rooms – to be used for sit down meetings, workshops, etc. – set up with tables and chairs for 30 or less. TV/DVD available, built in chalk boards, white boards. Available Monday thru Wednesday 8:30am till 9pm, free to tolland non-profit groups, all others $12.00 per hour minimum 2 hours.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 8:30am – 10pm $15.00 per hour minimum 3hrs
Program Rooms – to be used for arts & crafts, kid activities, birthday parties, etc.
set up with tables and chairs for 30 or less. Available Monday thru Wednesday 8:30am till 9pm, free to tolland non-profit groups, all others $12.00 per hour minimum 2 hours.
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 8:30am – 10pm $15.00 per hour minimum 3hrs
proof of insurance required.
Small Gymnasium w/tile floor – Available for rent when not in use for scheduled programs. Maximum capacity determined by activity, some sporting equipment and gym mats available.
Available Monday thru Thursday 8:30am till 9pm, $30 per hour, minimum 1 hour.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 8:30am – 10pm $40.00 per hour minimum 2hrs
Insurance required.

Must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Reservations should be received at least two weeks prior to the intended use. All fees due at time of application.
