    The Town Engineer is involved in the design and development of in-house projects, review of submissions to the Planning & Zoning Commission, and support services to the Water Pollution Control Agency and to the Tolland Water System.

    The Town Engineer’s office is located in the Planning & Community Development office on the 3rd level in the Town Hall.  Town Hall hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m, Thursday  8:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m., closed on Friday.
