Service Request Form
Please CLICK HERE to search for your property by either entering your name or street address. After clicking on the magnifier glass next to your property, a form will then come up asking for your request details, location, email address and whether or not they would like to be contacted.
Public Works will review entries daily, Monday thru Thursday and will take the necessary steps to resolve the service requests submitted by the residents of Tolland. Residents should be aware that in many cases we group our road work assignments together for cost reasons so some concerns may not get addressed immediately unless they are of an emergency nature.
We are very excited to offer this new software, not only for the convenience to our residents but the expanded capabilities we will have to maintain records on road conditions which will assist with proactive maintenance in the future.
