Veteran’s Discharges
Veteran’s discharges must be filed by September 30th to entitle the veteran to an exemption on taxes due the following July. An original or certified copy of a DD214 form must be presented. The discharge must be filed again in the new town of residence when a veteran moves. Questions may be directed to the Town Clerk’s Office at (860) 871-3630.
