Friends of the Tolland Public Library
“JOIN THE FRIENDS” APPLICATION
The Friends of the Tolland Public Library was established in 1981 to support the library by purchasing items not normally included in the library budget. Funds come from annual membership dues and from other fundraising events such as the annual holiday cookie sale and book sales. The Friends also raise money through the sale of aprons, tote bags, and entertainment books. Throughout the year, the Friends sponsor author events, talks, and book discussions for both children and adults. Friends meet on the 1st Monday of the month at 11:00 AM in the Library Program Room. There are no meetings in July and August. Please become a member today and help support your public library with your tax deductible donation.
