To utilize these services, you must have a valid up-to-date Connecticut library card. Passes may be borrowed one at a time and circulate for 3 days.  Passes may be reserved in advance and picked up at Tolland Public Library. They can not be sent to other libraries for pick up. Patrons borrowing passes should check with the museum directly to confirm that the museum will be open when they plan to visit. Overdue fines of $5 per day will be charged for overdue museum passes. In the event of a lost pass, the patron will be charged the full replacement cost of the pass (up to $150).  Please call the Library at 860-871-3620 to reserve a pass.

Most passes are funded by the Friends of the Tolland Public Library.
