Plan of Conservation & Development
The Tolland Planning & Zoning Commission is in the process of updating the 1999 Plan of Conservation & Development in accordance with the Connecticut General Statutes which requires the plan to be updated every ten years. This important plan will pro-actively establish a common vision for the future of the community and determine policies that will help attain that vision.

Tolland residents can participate in the planning process by providing input at a series of public meetings and workshops, by giving feedback on this website (survey link) e-mailing with comments. The best way to influence the plan is to offer good insightful, constructive criticism and strategic recommendations to the Planning & Zoning Commission as the plan is being prepared.
