MidNEROC Chemical Waste Drop-Off Facility for drop-off of hazardous waste: (860) 684-3163, 57 Hancock Road, Willington, CT. The facility is open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., from early April through the 1st week of November. To schedule a bulky waste or metal pick-up: call Willimantic Waste Paper Co. directly at 1-800-286-5335 or 860-423-4527 and let them know you are calling to schedule a bulky or metal pick-up. You will be asked your address and what items you are putting out for pick-up. You can also schedule on-line at www.williwaste.com. Please note that bulky waste and metals will only be picked up during the first full week of the month on the resident’s normally scheduled trash collection day. Residents must call WWP at least (4) business days prior to that date to let WWP know they have a bulky waste or metal pick-up. If a holiday falls during the first full week of the month, the bulky/metal pick-up is delayed to the following (second full) week. You may click here for a listing of the holidays.
