State Resources

C-PACE - Businesses in Tolland can receive 100% upfront, low-cost and long-term financing to make clean energy improvements to buildings. The Tolland Town Council opted into this program in 2013.

Small Business Express Program - The Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development provides loans and grants to small businesses.

Connecticut Small Business Development Center - They provide no-cost advising services to prospective and existing businesses.  The Tolland Library provides virtual access to the CTSBDC. The closest office is in Storrs. 

Small Business Administration, Connecticut District Office - News, resources and programs to help Connecticut's small businesses.

Connecticut Economic Resource Center (CERC) - A non-profit coporate and public-private partnership offering economic data and assistance to businesses and municipalities. CERC also maintains an on-line real estate database of available properties. 

Tolland County Chamber of Commerce - Membership organization serving 13 towns including Tolland.

Women's Business Development Council of Connecticut - A non-profit offering business training and techinical assistance to women and men.
