C.E.R.T. - Community Emergency Response Team

TOLLAND CERT 40

Tolland’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) is community-based preparedness planning program which trains community volunteers to prepare for and respond to anticipated disruptions and potential hazards following a disaster. CERT members are trained to assist first responders in the event of a large-scale community disaster. After completing this national training program each member can serve on any other CERT Team in America. Tolland’s team is known as Tolland CERT 40.
