The Tolland Agriculture Commission is hosting a lecture on backyard composting including how to compost, what you can and cannot compost, and ways to use compost. This program is presented by the University of Connecticut Master Gardener Program and will be held on Wednesday, March 11 at 6:30 pm in the library's program room.
