We can calm the body and the mind.   Participants will have a chance to try this simple meditation technique which is the secret to profound personal well-being and global healing. John Bednarik, long time meditator, will be conducting this Zoom meeting on Wednesday, January 20 at 6:30 pm. There will be a short meditation sitting.
