The Town of Tolland, CT is seeking a qualified contractor to design and build a pole building on a site located at 118 Old Post Road, which is owned by the Town of Tolland.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at 118 Old Post Road, Tolland, CT 06084.  Sealed bids for the building must be received no later than Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. in the Town Manager's office, located at 21 Tolland Green, Tolland, CT 06084.
