Old Cathole Road Reconstruction – Invitation to Bid

The Town of Tolland is currently seeking sealed bids for the reconstruction of a substantial portion of Old Cathole Road.  Any questions must be submitted in writing to the Department of Public Works via email to mmassa@tolland.org by September 4, 2019. Sealed bids shall be accepted at the Office of the Town Manager, Town Hall, 21 Tolland Green, Tolland, CT 06084 until 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time, September 11, 2019 at which place, and time said bids shall be opened publicly and read aloud.  Please note, there is construction around the Town Hall. Please plan accordingly.

To Obtain Bid Documents:

Bid Documents (including Bid Forms, Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications) may be obtained from Action Blueprint, 284 Broad Street, Manchester, Connecticut 06040 (Issuing Office), Monday through Friday during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $225 for each full set. Checks shall be made payable to “Action Blueprint”. To receive the documents via UPS, send a completed pre-paid pickup label from UPS to the Issuing Office. PDF copies are available upon request after the receipt of the nonrefundable fee. No partial sets will be issued. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bid Documents obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The date that the Bid Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bid Documents.
