The Town of Tolland is seeking a qualified Contractor to design and build a pole building on a site located at 118 Old Post Road, which is owned by the Town of Tolland.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 11:00 AM, at 118 Old Post Road, Tolland, CT 06084. Sealed proposals for the building must be received no later than Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at 3:00 PM, in the Town Manager’s office, located at 21 Tolland Green, Tolland, CT 06084.
