The Town of Tolland was awarded a Community Connectivity Grant to construct an ADA-accessible paved pathway entirely on town-owned land. The Town seeks to retain an Engineering Firm to develop preliminary and final plans, cost estimates, and construction specifications for an ADA-accessible pathway. The Town may also wish to engage the selected firm in additional services including construction administration. Responses to this Request for Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 21.
