It's February - time to start applying for these programs!

The filing period is February 1, 2024 through May 15, 2024 for these programs:
- State Elderly or Disabled Homeowners Program
- Local Tax Relief Program for Permanently Disabled and Senior Residents
- Local Tax Deferral for Senior Citizens
The filing period is February 1, 2024 through October 1, 2024 for the Additional Veterans Tax Relief Program.
Applications have been mailed to homeowners whose year it is to refile. Anyone who is new to the program or who was previously disqualified may request an application by calling the office at 860-871-3650 or use the links included here to navigate to the applications, which are also found on the Forms and Documents tab.
