In compliance with the Governor's Executive Order No. 7I, Section 19-h, any appeals of a decision to the Superior Court and any associated service of process may be served to the Town Clerk's office by electronic mail to kpagan@tolland.org. You will receive an email confirming receipt of such filing. This procedure will remain in effect for the duration of the public health and civil preparedess emergency, unless modified or terminated by the Governor.
